At Resume Darzi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted and the process for requesting a refund.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Request is made within 7 days of purchase
- Less than 50% of the purchased credits have been used
- The request is made in good faith and not for abuse or fraud purposes
- Purchase was made through our official website or authorized channels
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:
- Request is made after 7 days from purchase date
- More than 50% of purchased credits have been used
- The service was used to access premium features
- Fraudulent activity or violation of Terms of Service
- Purchase was made with a promotional or gift code (those are non-refundable)
- User requested a refund for a "Free Plan" (which cannot be refunded as it's free)
4. Free Plan
The Free Plan provides 5 complimentary resume matches with no charge. Since it's free, no refunds are applicable or available for the Free Plan.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@resumedarzi.com with your request
- Include your account email and order/receipt details
- Explain your reason for the refund request
- Provide any additional relevant information or documentation
- Our support team will review and respond within 3-5 business days
6. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The time to see the credit back in your original payment method may vary depending on your bank or payment processor (typically 3-5 business days additional).
7. Partial Refunds
If you've used some but not more than 50% of your credits, we will calculate a prorated refund based on the unused portion of your plan. For example, if you purchase 30 credits for ₹199 and use 10 credits, you may be eligible for a partial refund for the remaining 20 credits.
8. Exceptions and Appeals
We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If your request doesn't meet the standard criteria but you believe you have a valid reason, you may appeal to our support team. We'll review your case and respond within 5 business days.
9. Chargeback Policy
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank/payment provider instead of contacting us first, we may:
- Dispute the chargeback
- Suspend or terminate your account
- Decline future refund requests
- Take legal action if necessary
